new class

If i were to beable to introduce a new class to wood-ridge high school i would introduce an astronomy class. It would take place outside from 7PM to 9PM. The students would use teliscopes on the field and learn how to use the stars and learn the names of them. it would me a nice invirnment for learning and being outside will get everyone involve.

My best thanksgiving was this year. I have no family traditions. I dont want any and I want to keep my thanksgivings easy. I am greatful for my mom, dad, and julia.

Due Now 11/9

     Over the short break I didnt do much, I relaxed and slept alot. I spent alot of time at home, especilly on Thursday and Friday. Right after school on Wendsday I went right home from school. I slept for like two hours and went out to dinner. I went to the Olive Garden and got a huge dinner with my mom.
     On thursday I woke up at noon and spent my whole day at home. I watched alot of TV and sat around all day. On Friday and Saterday I spent my day doing school work. On sundsay I went to see my family. I spent most of my day there.

Educational Technology and Copyright Law

In the United States anything you draw, wright, or even say is copy righted immeditly. People can use your work publicly but if someone makes a profet from it its copy right. In the United States there in no paper work and anything to sigh to make your work copy righted. Anything you say is automaticly protected. If your worried than you should stop! You are protected by four executive rights.

1. Reproduce the copyrighted work;
2. Display the copyrighted work publicly;
3. Prepare derivative works based on the copyrighted work; and
4. Distribute copies of the copyrighted work to the public by sale, rental or lending, and/or to display the image.

I can use google forms in many differnt ways in my life. One way I csn use it to make survays to figure out differnt peoples opions. Another way is to take a vote with several differnt people about what they want to do.

Web 2.0: Multimedia Blog Pre-Posting

     This year im taking U.S. History with Mrs. Gaven. She is a nice teacher and has been teaching for awhile now. I've only been taking her class for 2 weeks and I already like it. i think shes a great teacher and I think i'm going to enjoy the class. I have learned many things so far in her class and i expect to learn alot more.

     In my opinion Mrs. Gaven has a strict grading policy. She does 45% tests 35% quizzes 10% homework, and 20% DBQ's. She has no class trips and hasn't said anything about spicific prodjects or DBQ's. In her class she has a big rule about respect which most of us follow and if we dont there is a penalty.

     In her class we use technology almost everyday. We use crome books and us google classroom to do work. Usually the technology is pritty reliable but when it fails it messes up thw whole class. All in all i think the class is good and i think i will enjoy it for the rest of the year.
